The Fleet Summary email is sent to Operators daily at 12 UTC. The purpose is for Operators and fleet managers to quickly understand which vessels to focus their attention on and know where to look for more detail.
The Fleet Summary email includes:
Data included in every table:
- Vessel Name
- ETD: The ETD of the active leg. If the vessel is not currently sailing, we show the ETD of the completed leg, or planned leg if there is one
- ETA: he ETA of the active leg. If the vessel is not currently sailing, we show the ETA of the completed leg, or planned leg if there is one
- Next Port: The port of arrival of the active or planned leg
Weather
- Weather forecast and alerts when vessel exceeds weather thresholds
- Tropical storm alerts along route and at the port of arrival


Additional data included:
- AVG SPEED REMAINING: The average speed for the remainder of the active leg: (distance to arrival port) / (time to arrival port)
- 72 HOUR FORECAST
- MAX SIG WAVE HT: The maximum significant wave height over a 6hr period in the next 72 hours from email send
- MAX WIND: The maximum wind speed over a 6hr period in the next 72 hours from email send
- AVG CURRENT FACTOR: The average current factor over 6hr periods in the next 72 hours from email send
- 10 DAY FORECAST SEVERE WEATHER ALERTS
- WEATHER THRESHOLD ALERTS: There will be an alert if the vessel is going to exceed the set thresholds along their route in the next 10 days. The weather thresholds set can be referenced above the Weather table.
- TROPICAL STORM WARNINGS: The CPA (closest point of approach) of the vessel or arrival port to a Tropical storm if the CPA < 300nm.
